ARC & Sons Investment Group (ARC IG) is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development group leading the way in buy-to-lets and developments within the UK. In addition to sourcing and managing our own portfolio, we also create Shariah-compliant joint venture opportunities for our clients to benefit from asset-based security.

Our team consists of pioneers in property investment, management and development that have over thirty years of industry experience.
Now, we’re sharing all that knowledge and experience – with a private network of investors.
Our proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring below market prospects shows that we specialise in maximising rental yield on our buy-to-lets through a streamlined renovation and letting process, as well as uplifting asset values through our fast-paced development projects.

Ahmed is the founder and Managing Partner of ARC IG with over 30 years of real estate investment, management and development experience. Having served on several real estate advisory boards and holding senior positions in leading Shariah compliant real estate investment firms in the UK, he has been responsible for the acquisition and management of over tens of millions of real estate investments. In 2017, he founded ARC IG in order to facilitate halal profits in the real estate sector for his expansive network of investors.
